RETURNS

Please contact us at info@socalswagster.com within 14 days of the purchase date to initiate a return authorization number. When we receive the unworn item, we will issue a refund. Items that are returned worn or damaged will be sent back.

Please ensure the hat is returned in its original packaging and condition, with all tags attached.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

All sale merchandise is considered final sale.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10-14 business days after we receive the returned item.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days by sending an email to info@socalswagster.com. Please attach a photo of the damaged product along with a brief explanation. We will immediately ship out a replacement as soon as we receive the damaged item at our location.
